Tofu & Poke

 
 

Ingredients

 1 container Firm or Soft Aloha Tofu

½ pound fresh or sashimi grade Ahi tuna

¼ cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds

Ingredients for Poke Sauce

3 tablespoons soy sauce 

1 tablespoon sesame oil                

1 tablespoon Japanese sake

1 tablespoon mirin

1 teaspoon juice from grated ginger

Cooking Directions

1.  Cut tofu into bite-size pieces and drain lightly.  Cut Ahi tuna into bite-size pieces. 

2.  In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for Poke Sauce and mix well, add Ahi tuna and mix well again.

3.  Arrange tofu and Ahi poke on a serving dish or dishes and garnish with green onions and white sesame seeds.
