Tofu Ice Cream

 
 

Ingredients

½ container Soft Aloha Tofu

½ cup sugar

½ cup milk

½ cup heavy cream

2 egg yolks

a few drops of vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.

2. Pour ice cream mixture into a lidded container and freeze for 2 to 3 hours, during which time the ice cream mixture should be stirred a few times.

Quick Tip

Use of a lidded or sealed container when freezing the ice cream mixture is highly recommended since the ice cream might absorb odors in the freezer and carry the taste.
